I am currently a weather forecaster at the Soekarno-Hatta Meteorological Station under BMKG Indonesia and a PhD student at Newcastle University, focusing on extreme weather phenomena related to aviation. My research involves analysing the characteristics of strong winds, hail, moderate to heavy rainfall, and thunderstorms in Indonesia over 20 years (2004–2023). This analysis integrates remote sensing technologies, such as weather radar data, with meteorological modelling techniques. My primary interests include weather satellite and radar applications, aviation meteorology, and the impacts of climate change on atmospheric conditions.
