Information about us
We provide evidence to inform society’s transition to a sustainable low-carbon and climate-resilient future.
The Tyndall Centre is a partnership of universities bringing together researchers from the social and natural sciences and engineering to develop sustainable responses to climate change. We work with leaders from the public and private sectors to promote informed decisions on mitigating and adapting to climate change.
Accessing our site
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any service we provide on our sites without notice (see below).
We restrict access to some parts of our site to our researchers. If you are provided with a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures or given access to any information via the restricted part of our site, you must treat such information as confidential, and must not disclose it to any third party. On behalf of the Tyndall Council, we have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by a Researcher at any time, if the Researcher or user in question has failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
You are responsible for making arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all rights in relation to our sites, and the material published on them, including without limitation, any written text, illustrations, photographs, graphics, data, videos or other audio or visual material (‘Content’) which is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
