Tara is a PhD Researcher at Tyndall Manchester. She will be working on “illegal water use: assessing the extent, drivers, and solutions in irrigated agriculture” with Dr Tim Foster and Dr Claire Hoolohan. This project aims to systematically assess and characterise water theft trends to guide appropriate policy solutions aimed at reducing unregulated water use.
Tara holds a MPA Public Administration – International Development from the University of York, and BSc (Econ) International Relations from Cardiff University.
