Colette Nsofor

PhD Researcher

Colette Nsofor is a PhD researcher at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton. Her research, funded by the South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership (SCDTP), focuses on the dual role of advanced technologies in enhancing and potentially undermining resilience within agri-food supply chains. She also investigates the role of institutional frameworks in mitigating the disruptive impacts of emerging technologies on supply chain resilience. Colette’s work contributes to theoretical development, managerial practice, and policy-making. As a policy associate, she has contributed to a range of policy-driven projects, including initiatives on Artificial Intelligence and sustainability, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanisms (CBAM), the iPACT project, and e-textile wearables, with a particular focus on stakeholder analysis and mapping. She holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics (Distinction) from the University of Southampton and a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Port Harcourt. Colette is open to collaborative research in the areas of supply chain resilience, emerging technologies, supply chain sustainability, and food security.
