Pierre Bocquillon

Pierre is a political scientist and Lecturer in European Politics in the School of Politics, Philosophy, Language & Communication Studies at UEA. Prior to taking this position he was a post-doctoral research fellow in the interdisciplinary Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG) at the University of Cambridge. He works on energy and climate change politics in Europe, both at the EU level and in its member states. His current research interests include the evolving governance of EU energy and climate policies, the external dimension of EU’s energy and climate policies, the politics of renewable energy promotion in a comparative perspective, and more generally the democratic governance of energy and climate change.
